Rental Rules & Common Questions
Q:Do I need an international motorbike driving license?
No! Electric bicycles and scooters on Gili Trawangan do not require any driving license. Anyone who can ride a regular bicycle can comfortably ride our E-Bikes.
Q:What is the deposit / guarantee required?
We only require a standard deposit such as a national ID card (KTP), a copy of your passport photo, or a small refundable deposit while you hold the vehicle.
Q:What happens if the battery runs low before 24 hours are over?
Simply drive to our desk at Jl. Vila Klp. anytime (open 24/7) and we will swap your drained battery with a 100% fresh battery in less than 60 seconds completely FREE of charge.
Q:Can we ride on the sandy beach paths on the west side?
Yes! For sandy paths, we highly recommend the Grade Besar (Maxi Power) which is equipped with high-torque motors and wide tires to glide over sand with ease.
